Outreach Materials

MassRecycle’s Paper Campaign has developed a set of ads suitable for use as posters, newspaper ads, mailing inserts, and other formats that you may wish to develop.  The ads are currently in PDF format with a modifiable space on the lower green bar that can be used to add name and contact information for a municipality or other entity that may wish to use these materials.  Please see the style and usage guide for further requirements on using these materials.

Templates
Templates for the posters are currently provided as Word and PDFs that can be downloaded and modified to add your own contact information in the lower green bar, next to the Mass Recycles Paper logo.  You must have Adobe Acrobat (not Reader) to edit these PDFs. You need to go under “tools – advanced editing – touch up text tool” to be able to edit the text box on the green bar.  If you do not have Adobe Acrobat, then the word documents with the text boxes in them will work best.

In the near future we plan to provide the ads in one or more publishing programs that can be downloaded and modified for use in other formats such as newspaper advertising, direct mail, larger format posters or smaller format mailing inserts.  If working with a professional printer you will be able to direct them to this web page to download the files and modify the layout as needed.
